SunCoast Taekwondo Update.

Below is an updated schedule for those students that are competing at the 2011 SunCoast Games this Saturday. If you are planning to car pool over to Tampa, we will be meeting at MuSool at 7am. You can access their site by going to http://suncoastgames.flataekwondo.com/index.php.

Don’t forget you will need the following items if you are competing:
1 chest guard (one blue side, one red side)
1 pair forearm protectors
1 pair shin protectors
1 pair instep protectors
1 white head gear or a pair of red and blue head gears
2 mouth pieces
2 uniforms
1 groin protector (boys only)

9:30 AM Referee Meeting
9:50 AM Coaches Meeting
10:00 AM 18 and up all ranks
10:45 AM 5 and under
11:00 AM 6 and 7 yr old Male all belts
11:30 AM 6 and 7 yr old Female all belts
12:00 Noon 8 and 9 yr old Male all belts
12:30 PM 8 and 9 yr old Male all belts
1:00 PM 10 and 11 yr old Male all belts
1:20 PM 10 and 11 yr old Female all belts
1:40 PM 12 and 13 yr old Male all belts
2:00 PM 12 and 13 yr old Female all belts
2:30 PM 14 and 17 yr old Male & Female all belts
