MuSool Black Belt and U-24 National Team Set to Fight at Spanish Open


MuSool Black Belt Jackie Lauricella won a spot on the U24 National Team last September. She left on April 20th with that team to compete at the Spanish Open. Below is the story put out by the USAT, the national govering body for taekwondo in the USA.

The U-24 National Team will compete at the 2010 Spanish Open in Alicante, Spain, on April 24. The 15-member team will be lead by National Team coaches Juan Moreno, Jean Lopez, Jason Poos and Robert Fausett.

The team consists of men's finweight Jarred McKee (Aiea, Hawaii), men's bantamweight Mario Harris (Las Vegas, Nev.), men's featherweight Terrence Jennings (Alexandria, Va.), men's lightweight Trevor Neville (Edmond, Okla.), men's welterweight Luke Ford (Miami, Fla.), men's middleweight Salar Faiazi (Oklahoma City, Okla.), men's heavyweight Stephen Lambdin (Colleyville, Texas), women's finweight Kelsey Kitagawa (San Mateo, Calif.), women's flyweight Kelly Chu (Plano, Texas), women's bantamweight Aziza Chambers (Springfield, Ohio), women's featherweight Jacquelyn Lauricella (Daytona Beach, Fla.), women's lightweight Jennifer Daye (Edmond, Okla.), women's welterweight Paige McPherson (Sturgis, S.D.), women's middleweight Ally Creel (Highlands Ranch, Colo.) and women's heavyweight Amanda Nissen (Carrollton, Texas).
