Austin, TX – MuSool Black Belt Jackie Lauricella competed at the USA TaeKwonDo National Championships in hopes to make it to a special team selection camp later this year. The top four finishers at the National Championships would be invited to this camp.Lauricella won her first match 8 to 1 but lost her second match to past national team member Sanaz Shahbazi to miss the bronze medal.
Jackie Lauricella is now preparing for the U-24 Championships at the Olympic Training Center on August 21st as well as the AAU National Team Trials September 11th – 13th with Jason Midyette and Gus Ben-Hamo.
The rest of the Team is still practicing for upcoming events.
