The Simple Self Defense for Women™ program takes a unique approach to self-defense for women. It is designed specifically for women who Simply Want to Know How to Escape an Attack, NOT Stay and Fight.

This program can be easily used by teenagers, adults and seniors. We know many women just don’t have the time or desire to be a trained fighter. We will show you how to simply escape the most common types of attacks. Please see the attached information about the program and our TV Show.

After a year of preparation and filming, Tracy and I are very excited to announce the Debut of our TV Show on PBS, Simple Self Defense for Women®.

Unfortunately U-Verse and Direct TV does NOT carry the PBS Education Channel.

The 2nd air date is February 22nd at the same time and channel.

The more viewers and the more positive feedback received by PBS WDSC , the more often the show will air and the better chance we have for it to air on U-Verse PBS WDSC Channel 15 and PBS nationally.
